Step 1: Create an Account

If you don't have an account, you will need one to use Semanti.

• Go to www.semanti.com
• Click the Get Started link on the main page
• Choose to create a Semanti Account or use Facebook Connect

To Use Semanti using Facebook Connect:

• Enter your Facebook credentials and press submit
• Your account is created for you and there is no need to activate before using Semanti.
• Follow the instructions to download the toolbar and start finding!

To create a Semanti Account (Note: using a Semanti account means that you will miss out on the power of the social network):

• Enter your email address and a password then press submit
• You will be sent an email with a link to activate your account
• Follow the link in the email to activate your account and download the toolbar.
• Follow the download instructions and start finding!

Step 2: Download the Semanti Add-on

Mozilla Firefox 3 or greater is required to use Semanti at this time. If you have Firefox 3 installed you will be able to click the "Download the Add-on" button as seen below. If you don't have Firefox 3 installed there will be instructions telling you how to install Firefox.
