One of the major keys to benefitting from Semanti is the social aspect of search. Imagine one of your friends finds a funny video and saves it. The next time you're looking for a little light entertainment, you might search for "funny videos" and, lo and behold, your friend's selection will appear in your search results. Apply the same principal to searches for work, home improvement, research papers, you name it. Instead of searching by yourself, you are searching with your friends and colleagues.

There's a good chance that because your friend found the video funny that you will too – likely more so than what the community as a whole finds funny. This helps extend your reach into the internet by having your friends help you out. You probably value their opinion, so why not leverage it.

Adding friends is simple. Just select "Invite Friends" from the Options menu. Your list of Facebook friends will appear and you can easily invite them to install and use the toolbar. Simply select up to 20 Facebook friends per day and press Invite.

What if you don't see a friend that you know you have on Facebook? That means that they already have the Semanti tool installed and are part of your network!
